Access and account

I don't see any projects. Your user doesn't have any projects assigned yet. Ask your organization's Owner/Admin to give you access or contact STR.

I don't see the New Project / Upload Images button / the AI tools. It depends on your role and account type. See Roles and permissions.

I added a collaborator but they haven't received any email. The application does not send email invitations. Tell them the application's address; they must sign in with the same email you registered.

My session closes by itself. The session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Click Yes, keep session when the warning appears.

Projects

What does Completed / In Process mean? Completed means the project's full report is available; In Process, that the inspection is still being processed.

Why doesn't Home show all my projects? Home only shows thermographic projects. All your projects are in All Projects.

I've reached the project limit. Your plan limits the number of projects. Contact STR to expand it.

Anomalies and reports

What is ΔT? The difference between the anomaly's maximum temperature and the area's mean temperature. It's used for the IEC TS 62446-3 classification in the report.

What is the Locator? The electrical identifier of the string or module where the anomaly is located (for example 4.5.30.2). Its format depends on the project's template.

My report doesn't download directly. Reports with more than 50 anomalies and Thermal Spot Reports are generated in the background. Download them from the task panel (available for 3 days).

I can't generate the report: "This project has no solar module configuration". Configure the project's modules in Account › Projects › Edit Project.

Images and orthophotos

What images can I upload? JPG images from the drone, including radiometric thermal ones (R-JPEG). Up to 1000 thermal or 100 RGB per batch.

Which thermal cameras are supported? DJI (H20T, H30T, M30T, M3T, M4T, Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced…) and FLIR.

I uploaded a PNG/JPG orthophoto and it doesn't appear in the right place. Images without georeferencing need the South-West and North-East corners, or georeferencing with control points. See Map.

Scanner

Clicking a string does nothing. The string's modules aren't prepared for scanning yet.

The camera doesn't read the code. The camera reads Code 128 barcodes. Improve the lighting and frame the code inside the box; if it still fails, use manual entry.
